Highlands College Leadership Institute (HCLI) is a leadership program designed for adults (25+) to join a community of individuals making an eternal impact within and beyond their spheres of influence.
This program is aimed at developing leaders with the skills needed for co-vocational or vocational ministry in the local church. It is not a promise for opportunity or employment.
HCLI offers certificate programs to educate and equip students with biblically based leadership principles, an understanding of the Christian worldview, and practical teachings that help students become effective leaders in their area of calling and empower them to reach their full potential.
HCLI is structured as a rolling cohort with 8 quarters of classes. You can join at any quarter. Each quarter is 8 weeks long.
